Based in the heart of Noe Valley, BJ Droubi & Company served San Francisco's real estate needs for more than 35 years. Over those years, founder BJ Droubi grew the company to become one of the most venerable real estate firms in the city, and the Droubi name has become synonymous with Noe Valley real estate.
In order to enhance the services provided to our clients, Droubi has joined forces with Coldwell Banker, the most successful real estate brokerage in the country. This enables us to offer the best of both worlds: boutique service combined with national prominence and exposure.
Working together as the Droubi Team out of their private office on 24th Street, BJ and Lamisse Droubi, together with David Pennebaker, will continue the family tradition of serving our community's real estate needs with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Their team model will offer a single point of contact for clients while at the same time providing a greater depth of resources than a single practitioner.
Through the years, Droubi has become a respected name that people know they can trust. As the Droubi Team, we offer a proven track record and a reputation for truly putting our clients' interests first. If you would like to have a no-pressure discussion about your real estate needs, please give us a call.
BJ Droubi
BJ started her San Francisco real estate career in 1972 when you could buy a house in Noe Valley for less than $50,000. Things have obviously changed a lot since then, and BJ has been a dominant force in the market at every step along the way.
In 1976, she founded BJ Droubi & Co., which grew to become a Noe Valley institution. After years of managing the business, she is looking forward to focusing on her first love: helping buyers and sellers in the San Francisco residential market. When she started in real estate, she first applied for a job with Coldwell Banker but didn't have the experience to be hired. Thirty-five years later, in the ultimate ironic twist, she is thrilled that the company she founded has been acquired by Coldwell Banker.
BJ is a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) and has personally represented buyers and sellers in over 1,500 transactions. Very few realtors bring this amount of experience to the table. Through the years, she has guided her clients through many different cycles in the real estate market, and she is looking forward to many more years to come.
Achievements and Associations:
Lamisse Droubi
Lamisse was literally born into the real estate business. As BJ Droubi's daughter, she has been exposed to real estate throughout her entire life and has developed a deep understanding of the San Francisco market. Above all, she has learned by example that there is nothing more important in the business than strong personal relationships.
Lamisse formally entered the business in 1998 as a sales associate with BJ Droubi & Company to work side-by-side with BJ. Over the years and through hundreds of transactions, Lamisse has distinguished herself as a star performer and a consistent top producer. Following are some recent statistics that demonstrate her experience and performance:
2006
2005
But statistics tell only part of the story. For Lamisse, it's not about the numbers. It's about her clients and ensuring that they receive the highest standard of representation.
With such a high volume of transactions, Lamisse brings a wealth of experience to the table. She's a tough and experienced negotiator who achieves results for her clients - a fact that is demonstrated by her success.
At the same time, Lamisse understands that buying or selling a home can be an emotional experience, and she shares a warm empathy for her clients. She believes that every relationship is unique and will adapt to her clients' individual needs.
There's a reason that over 85% of Lamisse's business comes from referrals and repeat clients. It's because her ultimate goal is client satisfaction.
